# NajmHoda: Your AI Support Assistant on EarthCoop

> NajmHoda is EarthCoop's built-in AI assistant, helping you find answers, navigate platform features, and get instant support without leaving the page.

NajmHoda is EarthCoop's built-in AI assistant — always available to answer your questions, walk you through platform features, and connect you with the right resources. Whether you are new to the cooperative or need a quick reminder of how something works, NajmHoda is the fastest way to get help without leaving the page you are on.

## What NajmHoda can do

NajmHoda handles a broad range of support tasks directly in the chat widget:

* **Answer platform questions** — from account setup and group membership to NajmBahar finances and project investment.
* **Guide you through features** — ask how to create a cooperative group, submit a project, or configure your notification preferences, and NajmHoda responds with step-by-step instructions.
* **Surface knowledge base articles** — every response automatically searches published KB articles, blog posts, and FAQs to back up its answer with authoritative references.
* **Suggest related questions** — NajmHoda proactively surfaces follow-up questions so you can explore a topic further without typing another query.
* **Escalate to human support** — when a question falls outside NajmHoda's knowledge, it flags the conversation for the support team and can help you open a ticket.

## The Steward agent

When you chat with NajmHoda as a regular member, you interact with the **Steward** agent. The Steward is the user-facing AI mode, purpose-built to search the knowledge base and respond in a clear, friendly tone. It searches across three content sources on every question:

The Steward formats every response the same way so you always know where to look for more detail:

* **Answer** — a direct, plain-language response to your question.
* **Steps** — numbered instructions when the answer involves an action.
* **Example** — a concrete illustration when it helps clarify the steps.
* **Related KB articles** — links to the source articles the answer drew from.
* **Related questions** — suggested follow-ups you may want to ask next.

  Admin users have access to additional specialist agents. If you are a platform administrator, your chat widget may offer engineering, pilot, or guide modes in addition to the Steward.

## How to get started

Open the chat widget from any page on the platform and type your question in plain language — no special syntax required. NajmHoda understands natural questions like "How do I invite someone to my group?" or "Where do I see my NajmBahar balance?".
