Pay and Track Your Annual NajmBahar Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is part of EarthCoop's economic policy and NajmBahar implementation. The current base amount is 12 Bahar per year, but the authoritative operational amount is resolved through the applicable authorized monetary policy rather than invented by an administrator at payment time.
Current base allocation
The current legal allocation is:
| Allocation | Current base |
| --- | ---: |
| Operations and wages | 6 Bahar |
| Central insurance | 3 Bahar |
| Money retirement | 3 Bahar |
| Total | 12 Bahar |
Gol is the subunit of Bahar (1 Bahar = 100 Gol). Internal implementation may store policy amounts in Gol for precision; that does not make Gol a separate currency.
The implementation first looks for a currently effective versioned monetary policy. Compatibility settings and fee-table fallbacks exist technically, but an admin setting does not acquire legislative authority merely because the software can read it.
Fee payment and monetary state
A membership-fee payment must preserve the distinction between Dim and Active Bahar.
- Active Bahar can be transferred through the applicable fee-payment route.
- Dim Bahar cannot simply be sent as if it were already spendable money.
- Where the membership-fee route lawfully activates eligible Dim, Activation occurs before Transfer. The payment does not create new Bahar.
This means the economic record should be readable as monetary events, not as one unexplained balance edit.
What the three allocations mean
Operations and wages
The operations portion supports the authorized operating and compensation needs assigned by the economic framework. It is a transfer/allocation of existing value, not money Creation.
Central insurance
The insurance portion goes to the applicable central insurance purpose. It should not be confused with a guarantee that every investment or project is insured; specialized investment insurance has its own independent qualification and underwriting rules.
Money retirement
The retirement portion supports the authorized money-retirement mechanism. Retirement is the canonical monetary event that permanently reduces supply when actually executed. Merely allocating money to a retirement-purpose fund is not the same as having already executed retirement.
Paying the fee in the current product
Use the membership-fee surface exposed by your NajmBahar account. Before confirming, review the amount and the current breakdown shown by the system. The implementation protects the monetary operation through the NajmBahar transaction layer and records the resulting events for audit/reconciliation.
The exact UI labels can evolve. The durable rules are that the amount must come from the applicable authorized policy, the payment must use valid money state, and duplicate or partial execution must not silently create inconsistent balances.
Policy boundary
The 12 Bahar base is a Policy Parameter under the current ECON architecture, not a fundamental value that may never change. A lawful policy revision may change the applicable amount or operational configuration within the authority granted by ECON.
The governing order remains:
Law → Policy → Configuration → Execution
The reverse is not valid. A configuration value cannot amend ECON or create a new monetary route.
What this fee does not do
Paying the annual fee does not:
- create additional Bahar;
- turn invitation activity into cash;
- authorize arbitrary cross-member transfer of Dim;
- guarantee an investment or project;
- give the payer additional public-governance voting power.
Participation points and invitation-related participation credit belong to the participation/Activation-entitlement mechanism; they are not a cash referral bonus.
