How the fee is structured
The annual membership fee is split into three portions at the moment of payment and sent to three separate system accounts simultaneously:
The exact amounts for each portion are set by platform administrators in the NajmBahar settings. The default split is 6 Bahar to membership, 3 Bahar to insurance, and 3 Bahar to the burn pool — a total of 12 Bahar per year. You can confirm the current totals in the membership fee payment modal before confirming.
Membership fees are paid per membership anniversary year, calculated from the date your account was created. The system tracks whether you have paid for the current anniversary period and blocks duplicate payments for the same year.
Check your fee status
1
Open your NajmBahar dashboard
Navigate to NajmBahar → Dashboard. If your annual fee is due, a prompt appears near the top of the page with the total amount and a Pay Now button.
2
Open the fee details modal
Click Pay Membership Fee to open the information modal. The modal shows:
- Whether you have already paid for the current year
- The total fee amount and its three-way breakdown
- Your sub-account’s current active balance
- Your next membership anniversary date
- A link to create a sub-account if you do not have one yet
Pay your membership fee
1
Fund your sub-account
Membership fees are paid from the active balance of your first active sub-account. Before paying, make sure that sub-account holds at least the total fee amount in active funds. If you have no sub-account yet, create one first and transfer funds from your main account.
2
Open the payment modal
From the dashboard or wallet, click Pay Membership Fee.
3
Review the breakdown
Confirm the three-way split shown in the modal. The amounts are determined by platform settings and are not editable by members.
4
Confirm payment
Click Pay. The system executes three separate transfers from your sub-account — one for each portion. The payment is protected against accidental double-submission, so confirming twice is safe.
5
Confirm success
After payment, you are redirected to the NajmBahar dashboard with a success message showing the total amount paid. Your account’s full-active status is restored.
Fee payment history
To review past membership fee payments:1
Go to your sub-account detail page
Navigate to NajmBahar → Sub-Accounts and open the sub-account used for fee payments.
2
Review the transaction list
Each year’s membership fee payment produces three transaction entries — one per split destination (membership pool, insurance pool, and burn pool). All three entries are recorded with the same payment year so you can easily identify a complete annual payment.
Membership anniversary and due dates
Your membership year runs from your account creation date, not from January 1st. For example, if you joined on 15 March 2024, your next fee is due on 15 March 2025. The fee info modal always shows you:- Membership date — the original date your account was created
- Next anniversary — the next date your annual fee becomes due
What happens if you don’t pay
Your NajmBahar account continues to exist and you can still receive incoming transfers. However, certain platform features that require a fully active account may be restricted until you pay the current year’s fee. You can pay at any time — the system checks the current anniversary year and accepts exactly one payment per year per user.Referral bonus and initial balance
When you first open a NajmBahar account, an initial balance is deposited automatically. A portion of this initial balance is designated as active and the rest as faded, according to the platform’s current balance ratio settings. Additionally, if you were referred to the platform by another member, a referral bonus is automatically transferred from your new account to your referrer’s account as a one-time system operation. The referral bonus transfer and the initial funding deposit both appear in the transaction history of your main account. They are system-initiated operations and do not affect your ability to pay the membership fee — only your active sub-account balance matters for fee payment.
