EarthCoop gives both project owners and investors a complete, real-time view of every submission, decision, and payment event. Whether you are waiting for your project to clear admin review or monitoring the maturity of an active investment, your dashboard surfaces the information you need without having to contact support. This page covers where to find status information, how to read the review history, and which notifications to expect.

For Project Owners

Viewing Your Project Status

Go to NajmBahar → Projects → My Projects to see all projects you own (or that belong to a group you manage). The list shows each project’s current status, submission date, and a quick summary. Click any project to open its detail page. On the detail page you can see:
  • The current status badge (draft, pending, under_review, approved, rejected, or archived)
  • Key timestamps: submitted, reviewed, approved or rejected, resubmitted
  • The rejection reason if the project was rejected
  • The full review history log
  • The investment statistics for approved projects (see below)

Status Timeline

The detail page displays a visual timeline of every status the project has passed through, in chronological order. Each node on the timeline shows the status name and the date it was reached, so you can see at a glance how long the project spent in each stage.

Review History Log

Every admin action on your project is recorded in the review history. Each log entry contains: If your project has been through multiple submission rounds — for example, rejected and then resubmitted — every round’s reviewer actions appear in the history. This gives you a complete audit trail of decisions and the reasons behind them.
Revision notes from an admin’s “request revision” action are stored in the review history even after you resubmit. You can always refer back to the original feedback.

Investment Statistics for Approved Projects

Once your project is approved and investors start contributing, the detail page shows a live statistics panel: Use this panel to understand how close you are to your funding goal and to plan for the returns you will need to pay out at completion.

For Investors

Viewing Your Active Investments

Go to NajmBahar → Investments → My Investments to see every investment you have made. The list shows:
  • The project name and category path
  • Your invested amount in GOL
  • Your expected return in GOL
  • The current investment status
  • The maturity date (when the investment term ends)
Click any investment to open the detail view, which adds the linked NajmBahar transaction record and the full status history for that investment.

Investment Status Timeline

The detail page for each investment shows a status timeline similar to the one on the project page. Each step — pending, paid, active, completed (or cancelled / refunded) — is shown with its timestamp so you can confirm exactly when each transition occurred and whether a payment was processed correctly.

Expected Return Display

Your expected return is displayed prominently on both the My Investments list and the individual investment detail page. It is calculated at the time you invest and locked to the profit percentage agreed at project creation:
This figure does not change after the investment is created, so you always know exactly what to expect when the project completes.

Notifications

The platform sends in-app notifications to keep you informed at every important event. You do not need to poll your dashboard — just check the notification centre in the top navigation bar.

Notifications for Project Owners

Notifications for Investors

Keep an eye on the ProjectStatusChanged notification as an investor — it fires when the project owner marks the project complete, which triggers the return of your principal and profit to your NajmBahar balance.
