XXXXXXXXXX-NNN) that others can use to send you funds directly into that pool.
Membership fee payments are drawn from your first active sub-account. Make sure you fund at least one sub-account with sufficient active balance before paying your annual fee.
Create a sub-account
1
Go to Sub-Accounts
Navigate to NajmBahar → Sub-Accounts in the sidebar. The page lists all your existing sub-accounts alongside their active and faded balances.
2
Open the creation form
Click Create Sub-Account. You will see a form with two optional fields: a name for the sub-account and an initial funding amount.
3
Name the sub-account
Enter a descriptive label — for example, “Group Investment Fund” or “Emergency Reserve”. The name can be up to 255 characters and can be renamed later.
4
Set an initial deposit (optional)
If you want to fund the sub-account immediately, enter an amount in the Initial Amount field and add an optional description for the transfer. The system draws this amount from your main account’s active balance. If your active balance is insufficient, the deposit is rejected — but the sub-account is still created with a zero balance.
5
Save
Click Create. Your new sub-account appears in the list with its generated code. Copy the code to share it with others who need to send funds to that pool.
Groups have their own NajmBahar accounts managed by group managers and owners. Group sub-accounts are created through the group’s own NajmBahar panel and every action is logged with the actor’s role for accountability.
View sub-account balances
Open NajmBahar → Sub-Accounts to see the full list. Each row shows:- Name — the label you assigned (or the auto-generated default)
- Sub-account code — the unique identifier used in transfers
- Active balance — funds available for immediate transfers and fee payments
- Faded balance — funds held for cooperative purposes
- Status — active or inactive
