What NajmBahar gives you
NajmBahar combines several financial capabilities in one place:Wallet & balance
Your NajmBahar account holds your balance in two tracked states: active funds (immediately spendable) and faded funds (held for cooperative purposes). Your dashboard shows both at a glance.
Peer-to-peer transfers
Send funds directly to any other member or group by entering their sub-account code. Transfers settle immediately or can be scheduled for a future date you choose.
Sub-accounts
Create named sub-accounts under your main account to separate pools of money — for example, a group investment fund kept apart from personal funds.
Membership fee payments
Pay your annual EarthCoop membership fee straight from your NajmBahar balance. The fee is automatically split between the membership pool, the insurance pool, and the burn pool at the moment of payment.
Project investments
Invest in cooperative projects that have been approved on the platform. Your payment flows directly through NajmBahar, and the resulting transaction record is linked to your investment for a tamper-evident payment trail.
Audit log
Every credit, debit, transfer, fee payment, and investment is recorded in an immutable audit log. You can review the full history of your account at any time.
Opening your NajmBahar account
Before you can use any NajmBahar features, you must accept the NajmBahar agreement. The system checks that your profile is complete (name, national ID, phone number, address, and experience) before allowing you to proceed. Once you accept, your main account is created automatically and an initial balance is deposited into it.Your account is not fully active until you pay the annual membership fee. You can do this at any time from the Membership Fees section after your account is created.
How NajmBahar connects to projects
When a cooperative project is approved on EarthCoop, members can browse it in the Investments section and commit funds. Paying for an investment triggers a transfer from your NajmBahar sub-account to the project owner’s account. The resulting transaction record is stored directly on your investment, giving both you and the project owner a tamper-evident link between the payment and the commitment. Project statuses move through a defined lifecycle: draft → pending → under review → approved. Only approved projects are visible in the investment marketplace. If an admin rejects a project you submitted, you can revise it and resubmit — every review action is written to the project’s review history.Transparent audit trail
Every action that changes a balance — including initial funding, peer transfers, sub-account moves, membership fee splits, and investment payments — is written to the NajmBahar audit log. Group actions additionally capture the actor’s role within the group. This log is your single source of truth for any disputes or reconciliation needs.Explore NajmBahar features
